With over 15 years of progressive accounting experience, Jason Dang has established himself as an accomplished fiscal leader within the construction industry. He obtained his master’s in accounting in 2008 and received his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in July 2014. Jason leveraged his educational background and analytical capabilities to secure successive accounting roles with increasing authority.
Eager to apply his skills within the construction arena, Jason took on a pivotal position with Pulte Group in December 2014. As their National Financial Services Controller, he led financial reporting and analysis for domestic corporate offices and 15 Pulte homebuilding subsidiaries. Vimyrka “Vim” Plaskett, the Executive VP of Real Estate Development, is responsible for the leadership, planning, analysis, and development of real property assets on behalf of investor clients. Prior to joining the company, she worked for four years at leading CRE information provider CoStar, where she oversaw the research, analysis, and reporting of commercial and multifamily real estate activity in the Southeast and Midwest regions of the U.S. and Canada. Ms. Plaskett’s 28-year career has spanned the design and construction industry in various capacities—and with proven success in driving improvements and innovations in product, processes, and profitability.
At GaddeLP, Ms. Plaskett is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and delivery. She leads a team of project managers, engineers, architects, contractors and consultants to ensure the successful completion of projects. She is adept at communicating with clients, stakeholders and senior management to establish clear objectives, scopes, schedules, and budgets. She is also responsible for monitoring and controlling the project’s performance, risks and issues, as well as for implementing best practices and standards.
Ms. Plaskett has volunteered for several of the AEC Cares community rehabilitation projects, working jointly with industry professionals building and improving homes and community centers in New Orleans, Washington, D.C., Denver, Chicago, and Atlanta. A certified LEED AP and Construction Document Technologist, Ms. Plaskett has a Master of Science degree in Building Construction and Facility Management and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, both from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Durga Prasad Gadde is a longtime expert in financial management, real-estate investment, and U.S. professional and investment visa process management. Mr. Gadde also founded and leads Lotus Hospitality Management, which owns and manages seven branded hospitality properties in the Southeast. In addition, Mr. Gadde owns HCL, a staffing company that since 2005 has worked with various Fortune 500 companies addressing their IT staffing needs, and recently expanded its services to cater to light and heavy industrial engineering companies.
Mr. Gadde is also the principal investor and developer of three EB-5 Projects. The EB-5 Program has been his go-to solution to build out his capital stacks for every single ground up real estate development he has in his portfolio. His previous EB-5 project experience started with the 222 Room AC Hotel by Marriott located at the Atlanta International Airport, where 100% of investors who have received an approved i-829 have been paid back in full. His second project, the Sheraton Hotel at Atlanta Airport, is currently under construction. His third project is Airabella, a $250 million rural mixed-use development featuring two Marriott autograph hotels, over 100 single family residences, 50 townhomes and an executive golf course. Mr. Gadde is an innovative developer and is focused on creating value for EB-5 Investors. Now with the foray into Rural EB-5 projects using EB-5 as the first lien lender, which is in the best interests of the EB-5 Investors. He is currently in the planning stages of another potential Rural EB-5 project which will feature a ground up development of a 90-room hotel in Ohio.
Before HCL and Lotus Hospitality, Mr. Gadde was an Area Manager at JP Management, LLC, where he led operations for 22 hotel properties, improving occupancy by 10% and net operating income by 6%. He has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University in Vijayawada, India.
